GREENROOM DIGITAL launched in 1999 by Jon and Nick Hamm originally as a UK-based digital advertising agency catering to the entertainment industry. It was later acquired by Interpublic Group (IPG) and in 2005 the scope of it’s operations expanded from creative advertising to include both feature film and television production, where it became known as GREENROOM ENTERTAINMENT.

In 2010, Greenroom expanded into the US market by launching MOMENTUM FILM & TV, under president Nick Hamm. Momentum/Greenroom’s team uses their knowledge of independent filmmaking, international financing and A-list relationships to develop and produce both film and television across platforms.

Under Greenroom/Momentum’s banner, Jon and Nick brought two premium cable shows to air on AT&T’s Audience Network: ROGUE and FULL CIRCLE; as well as two feature films: KILLING BONO and THE JOURNEY.
